Are you hoping to find a work environment where you can be your whole self, work with clients who meet your niche, and grow your therapeutic skills along the way? Inclusive Counseling will be expanding our services and hiring on several new providers in 2024, but in the meantime we are looking for one or two providers to join our team.

We offer competitive compensation and are working towards providing benefits as we grow organically.

What encouraged you to apply to work with Inclusive Counseling?

You will not be able to see clients through insurance while we wait for you to be credentialed, but we can get you started with out-of-pocket clients in the meantime. The out-of-pocket rate may be lower than your rate once you are credentialed with insurance companies.

I understand that I will not be able to see clients through insurance until I am credentialed.

We are currently bringing on clinicians as independent contractors. This means you will be paid a flat rate (60% of the session fee for interns and 70% for licensed clinicians). Our hope is to build enough capital to hire on folks as employees with full benefits within 1-2 years.
