Letter Writing and Assessment for Gender-Affirming Medical Procedures

This training session is designed to equip mental health professionals with the knowledge, tools, and skills necessary for conducting assessments and writing letters for gender-affirming medical procedures. This training is approved for 2.5 CE credits for Nevada Marriage Family Therapists, Clinical Professional Counselors, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers.

Attendees will also receive our toolkit for conducting assessments that includes sample assessment questions, patient handouts, and letter and appeal templates.

The training will meet virtually from 10am-12:30 PM Saturday, February 22nd 2025. Once registered for the course, you will receive an email with access to the course. Please view the required 15 minute video prior to the live training.

This training will provide 2.5 Continuing Education (CE) credits approved for Nevada Marriage Family Therapists, Clinical Professional Counselors, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers.
